Calmer, more connected days start in the moments you already have.
The Parent Code is twelve short video modules on the small, everyday moments that teach a child how they see themselves. Simple, powerful strategies for school runs, mealtimes and bedtime, with no parent blame and nothing extra added to your week.

Most connection happens in the five minutes nobody plans for.
The rushed breakfast. The quiet in the car after a hard day at school. The bedtime question that comes out of nowhere. These are the moments your child is reading you most closely, and they are already in your day.
The Parent Code helps you notice them and use them well. Each module is a short video with a reflection sheet, a quote card and one strategy to try that day, built from more than 25 years alongside children and families across Australia and New Zealand.
You won't be asked to change your whole routine or become a different parent. We start with how you see your child, and what your child sees in you.
Ten core modules, in the order families need them
What you receive
Everything sits in one private course area you can open on your phone in the school pick up line or on the couch after bedtime.
The first changes families notice are small, and they last.
Many parents come to me tired and sure the answer is another routine, chart or rule. What they find is that the moments they already share are enough when they use them differently.
When a parent becomes the place a child comes back to, children start bringing the small worries early, before they grow into big ones.
Parents tell me how much lighter it feels to hear that nothing is broken. Coming back after a hard moment matters more than getting it right the first time.
Children mirror the adults around them. Once parents notice that, the small changes in their own calm start to show up in their child too.
