Who’s behind this
I’m Jess Robertson. For more than 25 years I’ve worked inside schools and care services across Australia and New Zealand, first as an educator, then as a family therapist, and now as the person organisations call when they need their team to work better with children, not just manage them.
I built The Connection Advantage inside real classrooms, then adapted it for before school care, after school care and holiday programs, because the challenges are different, but the answer is the same: educators need a shared, simple way of working that holds up under pressure.
I’m not offering a training day your team forgets by Friday. I’m offering a way of working they can actually use, on the floor, every shift.
