Two or three of your leaders complete The Relational Classroom certification first, around 15 hours of certified professional learning, with a live online session with Jess for your leadership group and a clear plan for bringing the work to your whole staff.
Whole School
One shared lens across every classroom
Certification for all teaching staff, a leadership session and a parent evening in person, and a year of online access, with Parent Code for every family included as added value. Staff questions after each session are answered in a recorded Q&A.
Whole School Plus
For schools wanting me right there beside them
Everything in Whole School, plus in person implementation through the year, advisory for your leadership team, and a start and end of year snapshot to show what has changed.

About Jess Robertson
More than two decades in rooms
where decisions about children matter most.
I have spent twenty five years working alongside children, families and educators in the environments where young people develop their sense of themselves, their relationships and their capacity to participate in the world.
My work has always been about understanding what sits beneath behaviour and strengthening the adults around children to respond to that reality with clarity and care.
Today, school leaders across Australia and New Zealand bring me into their communities when they want an approach that holds both the rigour of developmental science and the reality of daily school life.
I also contribute to national conversations about children through media, speaking, and advisory work, because the way adults understand children has consequences far beyond any single classroom. It influences who they become.
