Who this is for

For organisations that champion the people behind the roles.

Family Connection at Work is designed around each organisation we work with: your workplace, your teams, your leadership and the pressures that come with your industry.

Built for every level of your organisation

  • Employees and teams, across every site, office and roster
  • People leaders, who support working parents in their teams
  • Partners, executives and senior lawyers, who hold the most and ask for the least
  • CEOs and owners, who want the same clarity at home that they lead with at work
  • People and Culture teams, who want support that adds to what they already offer

Why now

Get ahead of it, before it shows up at work.

This is preventative work. Nothing needs to be broken for it to matter. The pressures that move with your team between home and work build over time, and high performers are often the last to say so.

  • The return from leave, when hours change but expectations often do not
  • Senior people managing clients, teams and a household at once
  • Homes where both parents work in demanding roles
  • The everyday guilt of the missed event, the late call, the full week
74%of working mothers and 57% of working fathers in Australia say they feel overwhelmed balancing work and family. Half believe their commitment is questioned when they use family friendly policies.National Working Families Survey 2024, Parents at Work and UNICEF Australia, 6,200+ working parents and carers
